Cancellation Policy

At AllStar India Services, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our customers. Please find below our cancellation policy for products purchased directly through our services.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Before Delivery:

    • If a customer decides to cancel an order before the product has been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount paid. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@allstarindia.com or call +91 9069845678 for cancellation requests.
  2. Cancellation After Delivery:

    • Once the product has been delivered, cancellations are not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product as per the Return Policy and Warranty Policy.

Process of Cancellation:

  1. Requesting a Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details, such as the product name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
  2. Refunds for Canceled Orders:

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. For orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
    • If cancellation is due to a defect or issue covered under the warranty, we will process the return and refund as per our Return Policy.
  3. No Cancellation After Delivery:

    • Once the product has been delivered, cancellation requests will only be entertained if the product is defective or if there are issues covered under warranty.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or special order products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.
  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for cancellation.
